James William Rowe's Obituary
James William Rowe, 77, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Born on May 25, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late John R. and Valeria Rowe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Rowe. He retired from BASF and was a member of River Cities Community Church serving as a deacon and an elder. He is survived by his wife, Victoria Rowe; three daughters, Tabitha, Sarah, and Martha Rowe; one brother, Steve (Angela) Rowe; one sister, Margaret (David) Ruth, along with several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, he requested for donations to be made to River Cities Community Church. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday February 9, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio, with Pastor Larry Green and Pastor Scott Duncan, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Ridgelawn Memorial Park in Huntington, West Virginia. Condolences may be expressed at ehallfuneralhome.com
