JAMES J. ROWE, 67, of South Point, OH, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 19, 2012, in River's Bend Health Care in South Point, OH. Funeral services will be 7 PM Thursday, August 23, 2012, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Carter officiating. There will be a private family burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast on Friday. James was born February 8, 1945, a son of the late Claude and Etta Carter Rowe. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jason Rowe; and one brother, Bob Rowe. James is survived by his wife, Carolyn France Rowe; three children, Christy, LeAnna, and Michael Rowe; five grandchildren, Ryan, Anthony, Jayson, Alyssa, and Destiny; one sister, Jenny Rice; and one brother, Ronnie Rowe. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 PM Thursday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.schneidergriffin.com.
