James B. Spence, 69, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Sunday April 5, 2020 at Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY. He was born August 20, 1950 in Huntington, WV to the late Lucan and Nellie Harmon Spence. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Michael Spence; three sisters Stella Pelfrey, Margaret Nolan and Connie Spence; and two brothers Tommy Spence and Junior Spence. He is survived by two sons James (Karen) Spence and Billie Joe (Rebecca) Spence; and seven grandchildren. There will be no services.
