Janice Rose Wilson's Obituary
Janice Rose Wilson, 84, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. Born on March 10, 1941, in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Inez Floyd Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Wilson. Janice was a retired cook from Chesapeake school district for 39 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Sheridan. She is survived by her sons, Darryl (Penny) Wilson of Dunbar, WV, Philip (Kristi) Wilson of Chesapeake, OH, Michael (Anna Marie) of Howell, MI, and 4 grandchildren, Carter Wilson, Kathryn Wilson Adams, Brady Wilson, and Bailee Wilson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 13, 2025, at the First Baptist Church of Sheridan in South Point, OH. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point, OH. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
