Janis Sue Kelley's Obituary
Janis Sue Kelley, 74, of Culloden, WV, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Cabell Health Care Center. She was born January 24, 1949 in Chillicothe, OH to the late Elmer and Mary Ann (Keaton) Yoe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister; nephew, Dave Redden and sister, Jackie Lutz. She is survived by her son, Paul Kelley Jr. (Shirley), John Kelley, Michael Kelley (Karma), Anthony Kelley; daughter, Jennifer Huggett (Danny); her partner, Larry Mullins; granddaughters, Brandy and Mariah Kelley and Kayla and Lesley Rigsby; sisters, Linda Huffman (Robert) and Monna Redden; brother, JR Yoe (Donna) and several nieces and nephews. There will be a funeral service held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH with Pastor Will Basham officiating.
