Jaqueline Jean Stauss' Obituary
Jacqueline "Jackie" Jean Stauss, 87, of Proctorville, Ohio, formerly of Lakeland, FL, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Born on July 7, 1937, in Wautoma, WI, she was the daughter of the late Norris and Thora Nelson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Stauss. Jackie was a devoted wife and mother. A devout Lutheran, she was a longtime member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Lakeland, FL. She loved sewing, gardening, cooking, and her dog, Bella. Jackie was an avid RV-er and loved tailgating at Gators games with her husband, Don. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda (Eduardo) Vidal; grandson, EJ Vidal, and her dog, Bella.
