Jason Scott Carpenter, 41, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, in Huntington, WV. He was born on February 20, 1980, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Carl Carpenter Sr; one sister Pamela King; and one brother Billy Scarberry. He is survived by his mother Loretta Carpenter; brothers Carl Carpenter of Huntington, WV, and Robert Scarberry of Chesapeake, OH; sister Lorrie Stephens of South Point, OH; three daughters Kasey France, Tori Carpenter both of Huntington, WV, and Lyndsey Pennington of Proctorville, OH; two sons Jason Carpenter Jr. of Huntington, WV, and Shawn Salmons of Chesapeake, OH; two grandsons Parker and Wilder; one granddaughter Lillian; and special nephew Robert Scarberry of Chesapeake, OH. Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Rev. Eddie Salmons officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com
