Jayne loved God, her family, and friends. She also loved a good car ride, summers, and trips to the pool with her daughters when they were young. She was a wonderful homemaker and worked at both Stone & Thomas and Nasser's when the girls grew older. It gave her great joy to buy beautiful things for her girls and grandchildren.
It was no secret that she enjoyed dressing well and she really knew how to accessorize. Her husband, Richard, of many years, always supported her love of all things beautiful. Together they shared a home with their beloved dog, Maggie.
Jayne struggled for many years, with an autoimmune disease. For years she found comfort in praying and confiding with members of her Fibromyalgia Support Group and she would want them to know how much they meant to her. In addition to a life-long struggle with fibro, she, for many years, fought colon cancer. Many thank yous go out to the staff at Lexington Medical Center, her palliative and Hospice caregivers. They worked and exceeded expectations to keep her as comfortable as possible.
