JEFFERY ALLEN KIPP, 57, of Wayne, WV, passed away April 13, 2021 at his home. Jeff was born August 10, 1963 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. Jeff is survived by his parents, Robert Kipp Sr. and Mary Ann Kipp (Maxey); one brother, Robert Kipp Jr. ; and two sisters Teri Hunt (James) and Beverly Roberts (Dan); a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a precious name they called him by Jeffie. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents Bill and Lennie Kipp and Clarice Caldwell. Funeral service will be conducted 6 p.m. Friday April 16, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home by brother-in-law Minister Danny Roberts.
