Jeffrey Allen Buckley, 58, of Proctorville, Ohio went to his Heavenly home on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born April 6, 1960 in Pomeroy, Ohio son of Winona Fink Buckley of Proctorville, Ohio and the late John E. Buckley. He attended Sanctuary of Grace. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two uncles George Buckley of Zanesville, Ohio and Danny (Donna) Fink of Charleston, WV; and an aunt Georgann Fink of Pickerington, Ohio. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by an aunt Shirley Buckley; and uncles William (Jo) Fink and Roger Fink. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor John Arnold and Pastor Mitch Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the funeral home.
