Jeffrey Todd Devaney, 52, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 at home. He was born June 5, 1967 in Huntington, WV son of the late Phillip Devaney and Sue Ramey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Claudett Devaney and a brother Robert Devaney. He was an employee of Riley Development. He is survived by wife Kathy Devaney; four daughters Wendy (Matt) Grigsby of London, Ohio, Kathryn Devaney of London, Ohio and Harley Sue Devaney of Stoutsville, Ohio, Joey Jarvis of Columbus, OH; two sons Jeffrey Todd Devaney, Jr of Stoutsville, OH, and Brandyn Jarvis of Circleville, OH; two brothers Greg Devaney and Phillip Devaney, Jr both of Proctorville, Ohio; one sister Amber Taylor of Proctorville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
