Jeffrey "Jeff" Scott Fuller, 56, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born on January 27, 1968, in Huntington, WV, to the late Ernest and Nancy Bailey Fuller. He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Jake Moyer, Jerry Fuller, Larry Fuller and one sister, Patricia Fillinger. He was a carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Penny Fuller; stepson, Larry Shephard; three brothers, Junior, Gary, and Timothy Fuller; 3 sisters, Debbie Langdon, Glenda Slater, and Joyce Fuller; special family, Tina, Kylie, and Kayla Roberts, Nicholas and Brandon White, and several nieces and nephews, Earl Vanover, Ben Vanover, David Fuller, and Gary Fuller. Graveside Service will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Eddie Salmons officiating the service. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfunerlhome.com.
