Jerry L. White 1940 - 2017
Jerry L. White, 76, of Chesapeake, OH went to be with the Lord Thursday July 20, 2017 at his residence. He was born August 27, 1940 to the late Earl and Myrtle Robinson White. Jerry was a former employee of the Huntington Dress Factory and CI Thornburg. He was a member of Mount Hope Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven siblings. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Betty L. White; two children: Debbie Carter (David), Trisha Grant (Brent); four grandchildren: Julie, Jared, Adam, Emily; one brother: Ronnie(Ann) White; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday July 22, 2017 at Locust Grove Cemetery with Rev. Mark Roach officiating. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, OH assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the American Heart Association.
