Jesse Scott Black, 44, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at The Double Tree Hotel, Huntington, WV. He was born on December 24, 1975 in Huntington, WV to the late Melinda Louise Black. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Alma Marie Black, who raised Jesse and Ernest Black. He was in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his sons Deondre Black and Tyler Black; brother Roger Lee Black; special uncle Bob Black; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 3 PM Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
