Jimmy Ray Moore, 68, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Monday October 23, 2023 at home. He was born July 19, 1955 in Huntington, WV to the late Clarence and Phyllis Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Travis Scott Moore; and three siblings Billy Moore, Joyce Hazlett, and Mike Moore. He is survived by his wife Tammy Moore; three sisters; two brothers; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two step-children. A private family graveside service will be held at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
