Jimmy Carl Moss' Obituary
Jimmy Carl Moss, 78, of Chesapeake, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 10, 2025, at home. He was born on August 10, 1946, in Lawrence County, OH, to the late Carl P. Moss and Annabell McCally Moss. He was also preceded in death by his brother Calvin Jack Moss. He retired from Sell and Serve Marketing. He was a member and choir director at The Bride of Christ United Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Donna Moss; five sons Jimmie Moss of Huntington, WV, Michael Moss of Huntington, WV, Vernon Browning of Lincolnton, NC, Anthony Browning of Chesapeake, OH, and David Browning of Powellton, WV; two daughters Nancy Preston of NC, and Belinda Lowe of Barboursville, WV; several grandchildren; and lots of great grandchildren. Graveside Service will be held at 12 PM Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV, with Pastor Heron Adkins officiating. Entombment will follow. Visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 AM on Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Bride of Christ United Baptist Church or the Hospice House of Huntington. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
