Joan A. Dillon's Obituary
Joan A. Dillon, 67, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday December 3, 2025 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was born July 15, 1958 in Huntington, WV, to the late Junior and Thelma Dean Turley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Dillon, infant son James Dillon, Jr., sister Mary Turley, and brother Carl Turley. She is survived by one daughter Crissy Dillon (Gary Webb, Jr.); grandchildren Paris and Dallas Webb; four siblings Eddie Turley, Michael Turley, Maxine Turley, and Alice Terry; and several nieces and nephews . Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday December 7, 2025 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
