Joan Odum, 67, of Crown City, OH, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH. She was born on October 6, 1957, in Ironton, OH, to the late Ralph and Bettie Banks Besco. She was also preceded in death by her husbands Eugene Cline and Patrick Odum; one son Samuel Edward Long; and brother Ralph Emory Besco. He is survived by one daughter Carrie Ann Staggs; one son Jake Cline; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother Paul Besco; two sisters Edith Fraley and Kathern Ebersch; and several nieces and nephews. Private Family Services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
