Joan was an amazing person and always treated me like family. I am very grateful to have known her. She touched so many lives and will be missed.
I had the pleasure of meeting Joan through the ACMoore knitting group. Over the years the group dwindled to a group of 3-4, but we continued to meet. I looked forward to those monthly Sunday afternoon meetings. I learned a lot about knitting, friendship, dedication and life from Joan. I will never forget you, dear friend. May you Rest In Peace.
Joan and I shared so many hours together when she visited me on Thursday afternoons before her midweek church service. We made greeting cards, laughed, and shared many happy moments together. Then we made more friends when we traveled to Cross Lanes to attend card class. Her creativity and generosity was appreciated by everyone who received her cards. Rest in peace, beautiful sister.
