Joey Ray Singer 1965 - 2016
Joey Ray Singer, 51, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday November 2, 2016. He was born September 16, 1965 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his fathers William Singer and Clarence “Buddy” Davis. He was a former employee of American National Rubber and he attended several local area churches. He is survived by his mother Jenny Davis of Proctorville; a daughter Jozie Singer of Kentucky; two brothers Cat (Michelle) Davis of Proctorville and Eric Davis of Wayne, WV; one sister Pamela Singer of Hollywood, FL; eight nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday November 5, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Roger Watkins, Pastor Tom Jones, and Pastor Tom Jones Jr. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday November 5, 2016 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
