John Anthony Blaylock's Obituary
John Anthony Blaylock, 51, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, WV. He was born July 14, 1968 in Charlotte, NC son of Don and Carolyn Raines of Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by one brother Daniel Blaylock. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters Corey Booten (Duston) of Ona, WV and Lacey Kelley of Westmoreland, WV; three grandchildren Adeline, Xavier and Ronan; three sisters Sheila (Jared) Burcham of Huntington, WV, Cynthia and Cheryl Dunkhase both of Cleveland, Ohio; one brother Artie Dunkhase of California; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Bobby Young officiating. Burial will follow in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Ceredo, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
