John C Fulks' Obituary
John C. Fulks, 92, of Crown City, Ohio passed away Friday, January 9, 2026, in Abbyshire Place, Bidwell, Ohio. He was born March 9, 1933, in Gallia County, Ohio son of the late Arnold L. and Anna Mae Johnson Fulks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Alice Fulks; his brother, Eddie Fulks; and his sister, Georgia Nogle. John is survived by his two sons, Michael (Tanya) Fulks and Mark Fulks; three grandchildren, Chris (Johnni) Fulks, Jonathan (Erin) Fulks, and Karli Fulks; six great grandchildren, Caiden Fulks, Kennidy Fulks, Cameron Fulks, Bradley and Bentley Cade, and Nova Hardy; sister, Sharon Jeffers; two sisters-in-law, Virginia Sheets and Doris Shafer; brother-in-law, Richard Nogle; and his companion, his dog, Blackie. He attended Guyan Valley Church and retired from Gallipolis State Institute, he was a lifetime farmer, worked at Wal Mart, and drove a school bus for Gallia County Schools. He was a proud a Korean War Air Force Veteran, a member of American Legion Post #27, Gallipolis, Ohio and VFW Post 4464, Gallipolis. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Herschel Woody Williams VA Medical Center, Abbyshire Place, and Sharon Viars. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Garland Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, January 12, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
