John William Lewis III, 50, of Huntington, WV passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 at SOMC in Portsmouth, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Jr. and Connie Lewis. He is survived by two sisters, Leeann (Michael) Wise-Staszewski and Becky (James) Sipple; one brother, James (Reva) Lewis; four nieces, Brandie Sipple, Briana Lewis, Ashley Lewis and Emmie Sipple; two nephews, Brandon Lewis and Clarence Lewis; and many cousins, extended family and friends.
