John H. McCoy's Obituary
John H. McCoy, 67, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018. He was born June 4, 1950 in Huntington, WV son of the late Ernest and Nella Stover McCoy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters Carolyn McCoy and Sally Woodyard. He retired from Cabell Sheet Metal and Roofing. He is survived by his wife Bonnie McCoy; two sons John, Jr (Michelle) McCoy and Timothy (Angela) McCoy both of Chesapeake, Ohio; ten grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; one brother Charles "Buzz" McCoy of Crown City, Ohio; two sisters Nancy Carter of Proctorville, Ohio and Ginnia Ratcliff of Chesapeake, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the funeral home.
