Johnnie Ray Parsons, 57, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday April 30, 2024 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born May 28, 1966 in Huntington, WV to the late Raymond Edgar and Carolyn Sue Utt Parsons. He is survived by his wife Carrie Parsons; daughter Stormi Parsons; and granddaughter Isabelle Simental. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
