Jonathan D. Barker's Obituary
Jonathan D. Barker, 61, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away on February 27, 2026. Born in West Liberty, Kentucky. Jon was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Barker, and his brother, Gregory Barker. He was the owner of Premier Management Company for 25 years, where he built the life he dreamed of for his family and those around him. Jon is survived by his mother, Frances Barker; his four sons, Alek (Samantha), Bronson, Devin (Julia), and Jon-Cooper, and their mother, Teffaney Barker. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Cash and Kinsley Barker, and Lucas Huffman, who brought him great pride and joy. Jon will be remembered for his kindness and willingness to help anyone in need as well as his strong work ethic and determination. A celebration of life for Jon will be held at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 4:30– 6:30PM, with remarks given by Pastor Jason Morris & Pastor Kevin West at 6:30 PM.
