Me Joe and Chucky Scruggs was coming back from a wrestling match in Chucks VW bug. I won my first match and Joe said take a celebration rub of Copenhagen. I got sick as a dog. Him and my brother Scott were friends and I worked at Belle post office with him. RIP Joe.
Joe was working for the post office as a casual He came to me and asked how could he get on full time with his score it was impossible for me to hire him So I had a buddy up in Connecticut and I had his scores transferred up there so they hire him as a carrier he stayed up there for three months then I transferred him back to Charleston he worked there until he retired he was only one or two people that thank me for helping him out Joe was a great guy
