Joseph Henry “Joe” Cobb, 36, of Barboursville, WV, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Born on January 9, 1989, in Huntington, WV, he was the son of Linda Gilbert and the late Michael Cobb. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Cobb. Joe is survived by his mother and stepfather, Linda and David Gilbert of South Point, OH; niece, Nicole Cobb; nephew, Chris Cobb; great-niece, Harlow Cobb; Devan Brumfield, whom he considered his own and his mother, Cindy Cobb, and special family members, Roger (Robin) Walton. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com
