Joyce Ann France's Obituary
Joyce France, 69, of Huntington, WV, left this world for a better place on October 29, 2023. She was born November 26, 1953 to the late Doris and Forrest "Sam" Graham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Graham. She is survived by her loving husband, Gary France; 3 sisters, Kathy Black, Rita (Jim) Chapman and Melissa (Mark) Christian; 3 brothers, Rick (Carol) Graham, Ronnie Graham, and Jerry (Angie) Graham. Several beloved nieces and nephews and great-nephews and great-nieces that she dearly loved. Special thanks to Carol Graham and Melissa and Mark Christian. She retired from Florida after a 38-year career as an ophthalmic tech, working from Jacksonville, across the state to Pensacola, south to Miami, on both coasts. Joyce enjoyed the beach, spending time with friends, gardening, and reading. She wants to thank her many friends and family that kept her in their prayers throughout her battle with cancer. There will be no services per her wishes. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio, is assisting the family with arrangements.
