Joyce Ann McComas' Obituary
Joyce Ann McComas 78, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Mount Carmel Saint Ann's Hospital in Westerville, Ohio. After a long battle with several illnesses Joyce went home to be with her God and her father, Dovil Ellis and all her pets, especially her dog Felix, that she loved so very much. Joyce was born in Chesapeake, Ohio, on November 3, 1944, to Loreda and Dovil Ellis. Joyce is survived by her husband of 60 years, Roy McComas, Mother, Loreda Ellis, brother and sister-in-law Gary and Cathy Ellis of Chesapeake, Ohio, son Roy McComas Jr. and daughter, Melissa McComas, sisters-in-law: Lynn Usary and Bobbi Potter. She leaves behind niece Lori Dever, nephew Steve Dever, niece Janie Webb, and nephew Tony Webb. Three great nieces and nephews: Brenna Ellis, Alanna Dever, Kayla Dever, Mitchell Webb, Andrew Webb, and Matthew Webb; great great nephews; Spencer Ellis, Colten Webb, Wyatt Webb, and Bentley Jones and great-great niece, Aria Ellis. Joyce also leaves behind all the great friends she had in Columbus, Ohio.
