Joyce Carol Simpkins' Obituary
Joyce Carol Simpkins, 74, of Kenova, WV, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born on January 14, 1947 in Parkersburg, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Emanuel Webb and Rilla Mae Webb; son Keith Simpkins; four brothers; and three sisters. She is survived by her son Kevin (Kathy) Simpkins; daughter Tracey Simpkins; four grandsons Brad, Nate, Jaden, and Kaden; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends. A Private Family Memorial will take place at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
