Joyce Elaine Snow's Obituary
Joyce Elaine Snow, 87, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at home. She was born on December 13, 1937, in Cameo, WV, to the late Don and Lillith Scragg Linville. She was also preceded in death by her husband Commander Kenneth S. Snow Jr. She is survived by one son Rocky Dale (Terrie) Snow of Proctorville, OH; two daughters Deborah Gail (Anthony) Urbanelli of The Villages, FL, and Kimberly Dawn (Charles) Sandman of Cape May, NJ; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three sisters Myra Beckett, Kay Wheeler, and Judy Riley; three brothers Curt(Billie) Snow, Carl(Donna) Snow, and Tom(Donna) Snow; niece Deb and Di; and many loving family members. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
