Judith Ann Carroll's Obituary
Judith "Judy" Ann Waugh Carroll, 78, of Huntington, WV passed away Sunday February 11, 2024 at home. She was born October 10, 1945 in Cabell County, WV daughter of the late Mack and Lillie Casey Waugh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Carroll; three brothers Kenneth, Robert, and James Waugh; and two sisters Erma Lee Deppner and Norma Moore. Judy is survived by one daughter Marla (Tim) Ramey; four grandchildren Russell Martin, Craig Martin, Nick Ramey, and Katie Ramey; four great-grandchildren Bentley, Ryker, Hadley, and Brody; one sister Nancy (Boots) McComas; one brother Donald Waugh; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Judy was a loving homemaker. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday February 14, 2024 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday February 14, 2024 at the funeral home.
