Judith "Judy" Yvonne Davis' Obituary
JUDITH YVONNE DAVIS, 85, of Barboursville, passed peacefully on June 23, 2026, surrounded by her family. She spent her life in West Virginia, supporting her husband and serving the families of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Ona, WV for over forty years. She knew and loved the Lord deeply and looked forward to meeting her husband of 65 years Pastor Bill Davis as well as her parents, son Jeffrey, and granddaughters Rylee and Kaymaen in Heaven. She leaves behind a family celebrating a life well lived: children Tami (Bud), Matthew (Amanda), Aaron (Deborah); grandchildren Destini (Bruce), Harmoni (Grant), Canaan, Hope (Josh), Hunter, Ryann, Sulliven, and Maddox; great-grandchildren Nehemiah, Avashai, Davis, Haiden, Arianna, James, and Elias. The family would like to thank Antioch, Hospice House, Nurse Kathryn, and aides Hannah and Donna who gave compassionate, personalized care throughout. Judy’s services reflect her humble nature and desire for privacy. Hall Funeral Home of Proctorville, OH handled a private family graveside service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In place of flowers or other gifts, the family requests you donate to your local church’s sick and shut-in fund to support the visits that she herself enjoyed dearly.
