Judith D Pelphrey's Obituary
Judith D. Watts Pelphrey, 91, of Huntington, WV, peacefully passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023. Judith was born to the late Clarence and Rita Mae Watts on November 28, 1931. She is the widow of the late Harry Pelphrey and was a homemaker during their 58 years of marriage. She was known by many for her love of baking and the many beautiful and delicious cakes, pies and cookies she made. She is survived by one sister, Barbara (Carl) Ellis; her children, Eric (Nancy) Pelphrey, Kim (Steve) Reinhardt and David (Sherry) Pelphrey. Also, her grandchildren, Kasey (Keith) Stewart of Skokie, IL, Kellie (Frankie) Jones of Franklin, TN and Elizabeth (Tim) Watson of Huntington, WV; precious great grandchildren, MacKenzie and Kyle Stewart, Rhett Jones, Ruby and Skylar Watson. Surprisingly, Judy developed a special relationship with the family dog, Sparkle. They adored each other and spent many sweet hours together, even in Judy's last days. We want to thank the loving caregivers of our Mother from Hospice of Huntington, Sharon, Lisa, Kelly and Jennifer. They truly are angels on earth. We love you all.
