Judy Gayle McCartney, 66, of South Point, Ohio, passed away at home on Saturday, August 23, 2025. She was born on January 17, 1959, in Huntington, WV, to the late Paul and Frances Nance Stephens. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Joyce Clark. She is survived by her husband Kevin McCartney; two daughters Amber (Michael) Manning and Ashlee (Justin) Hysell; four grandchildren Riley, Olivia, Isaac, and Leo; one sister Janet Arthur; one brother Eddie Stephens; and several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
