Judy Ann Tubbs, 62, of Lexington, KY, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, at UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital, Lexington, KY. She was born on January 18, 1964, in Huntington, WV. Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Thursday. July 9, 2026, at Real Life Christian Center Church, Huntington, WV. Burial will follow the service at Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
