Judy Rebecca Wiley, 76, of Mayville, MI, formerly of Proctorville, OH, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, at home. She was born June 5, 1949, in Huntington, WV to the late Virgil and Genevieve Harper Belville. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Wiley; brother Stephen Belville; sister Gail Scarbery; son Mark Belville; and grandson Zane Honaker. She is survived by her 3 children Renee (Mike) Hoeft, Andrea (Richard) Wiley, Phillip Wiley;11 grandchildren Amanda, Brittany, Phillip Robbie, Candice, Shauna, Emily, Andrew, Jeremiah, Isaiah and Hannah; sister Pinkie Holschuh; and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 12 P.M. Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville, OH.
