Julian Scott Kay, 6, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born on November 6, 2018, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ernie Varney and paternal great grandfather, Richard Hughes. Julian was an elementary student at Fairland Elementary School, Proctorville, OH. He is survived by his mother, Faithanna Kay (Bryan Harris); father, Dakota Kay; four siblings, Preston Kay, twin brother, Noah Kay, Dakota Kay Jr, and Lilith Kay; maternal grandmother, Anna Varney; paternal grandmother, Tammy Adams, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral services at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Aid Cemetery in Willow Wood, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
