On behalf of the nursing home ministry of Freedom Baptist Church we want to express our sympathy in the passing of Karen. She was such a blessing to us when we would go to the nursing home to sing! She would sing with us or sometimes sing a solo. She was like one of us for many years.
So sorry for your loss, prayers for the family.I grew up with Karen , we were neighbors, Karen and I would sing and hang out, and tease her young brothers and sisters, and do what teenagers did back then. I often thought about her and the good times we had just setting on the porch talking. She will be missed and the memories will forever be in my heart.
