Karen Hackworth Lewis' Obituary
Karen Hackworth Lewis, 63, of Proctorville, OH passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born April 21, 1959 in Lawrence County, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father Oscar Hackworth, husband Robert Allen Lewis, brother Dean Hackworth, and sister Barbara Ellen. She is survived by her mother Mildred Hackworth; son Christopher Lewis; three sisters, twin Sharon Black, Regina Ray, and Angela Romans; one brother Mark Hackworth; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 4 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH with Pastor Brian Pinkerman officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery Proctorville, OH.
