Karen Faith Mullins' Obituary
Karen Faith Mullins, 74, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024, in The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born April 14, 1950, in Ironton, Ohio daughter of the late Rev. Chester L and Marcella M. Hankins Joseph. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Joseph; a brother, George "Butch" Joseph; a nephew, Dwayne Finley; and a niece, Jana Joseph. She is survived by her life partner of 24 years, Jim Smith; identical twin sister, Sharon (Michael) Ehrhart of South Webster, Ohio; a daughter, Faith (Bryan) Turner of Chesapeake, VA; two sons, Thomas (Lisa) Cantrell, Jr of South Point, Ohio, and Fred (DeLita) Mullins of Chesapeake, Ohio; a host of grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a member of Sheridan Missionary Baptist Church, 1968 graduate of Chesapeake High School, Chesapeake, Ohio and retired from Marshall Health after 20 years of service. Karen was a devoted mom, sister, aunt, and partner. She loved her family and her two Yorkies Max and Lulu. She will be missed. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
