Kathy Lynn Sandman 1954 - 2017 Kathy Lynn Sandman, 62, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, formerly of Scottown, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at SOMC, Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born December 31, 1954 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Paul and Wanda Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Sandman. She is survived by one son Michael Lee Sandman of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; two grandsons Brayden and Zayden Sandman of Chesapeake, Ohio; three brothers Paul (Robin) Jones of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, Bennie (Rebecca) Jones of Columbus, Ohio and Karl (Renee) Jones of Scottown, Ohio. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Darrell Fowler officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
