Keith Edward Lewis' Obituary
Keith Edward Lewis, born on October 27, 1951, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024. He was the beloved son of the late Norman Keith Lewis and Marian Frances Robinson Lewis. Keith was preceded in death by his sister, Mary K. Lewis, and brother, Kenneth W. Lewis. He is survived by his devoted sisters, Sheila V. Curry and Susan J. Postelle; his brother, Steven T. Lewis, and numerous other cherished family members.
Keith proudly served his country as a Private Second Class in the U.S. Army Infantry, where he saw active combat during the Vietnam War. His dedication and bravery in service were a testament to his character and commitment to his nation.
A man of deep faith, Keith was a devoted member of the New Life Victory Center Church in Huntington, West Virginia. He found great joy and purpose in serving his church community, notably as a bus driver, where he touched many lives with his kindness and generosity.
Keith's life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family, faith, and country. His gentle spirit and warm heart left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He will be remembered for his selfless service, both in the military and within his community, and for the love he shared with his family and friends.
As we mourn the loss of Keith, we also celebrate the rich and meaningful life he led. His legacy of service and love will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him. Keith will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M., one hour prior to services.
