Keith A. "Skeeter" Waugh's Obituary
Keith A. “Skeeter” Waugh, 75, of Scottown, OH passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025. He was born October 11, 1950 in Lynchburg, Ohio. He attended Rock Hills School. On the morning of December 8th, Keith went to be with the Lord. He was a man who found tremendous joy in simple but meaningful things - restoring and admiring classic cars, playing his guitar, sharing life with the people he loved most, and his family and his wife’s beans, tators, and corn bread. He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Wanda (Reynolds) Waugh; his daughter, Jessica (Brian) Adkins of Jackson, Georgia, his son Billy Waugh, and his very special granddaughter Emma Adkins whom he loved very much. He is also survived by his brother, Hobert “Butch” Waugh of South Webster, Ohio, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and his four-legged friend “Puppy Girl”. He was proceeded in death by his father Harlin Waugh, Dorthy Delawder Waugh of Kitts Hill and his sister Phyllis Clary of Scottown, Ohio. The family requests that those wishing to honor his life do so by donating blood and/or by contributing to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.
