Kenneth Edward Galloway 1943 - 2017
Kenneth ”Kink” Edward Galloway, 73, of Lewisville, Ohio, passed away Friday March 31, 2017 at Summit Acres Nursing Care, Caldwell, Ohio. He was born December 27, 1943 in Lorraine County, Ohio son of the late Charles Kenneth and Jessie Lewis Galloway. He was a 1964 graduate of Fairland High School and a US Vietnam veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Alden Galloway; one sister Phyllis Frazier; two brothers-in-law Willard Kuhn, and Randall Lett; one sister-in-law Linda Kuhn; one niece Debbie Frazier; and one nephew Martin Kuhn. He is survived his wife of 51 years, Barbara Galloway; son Clayton; daughter-in-law Jessica; grandson Brayden; granddaughter Rowan; brothers Clinton (Carol) Galloway, Larry (Sharon) Galloway; sisters-in-law Opal Galloway and Sue (Jim) Jack; brothers-in-law Dewey Kuhn (Karen Workman), Charles Frazier and John Kuhn; and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Hartshorn Ridge Church of Christ and VFW Post #5303 in Woodsfield. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday April 4, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Minister Richard Harp. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Proctorville VFW Post #6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday April 3, 2017 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
