Kenneth Charles Law's Obituary
Kenneth Charles Law, 59, of Crown City, Ohio went peacefully in the arms of Jesus on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 8:45 p.m. He was born on July 3, 1963, in Huntington, WV.He was preceded in death by his mother Mildred Jeanette Petry; father and mother-in-law, Mackey and Mildred Bowen; and a niece Natasha Valle.He was a 1981 graduate of Fairland High School. He earned his BA from Northland Baptist Bible College, MBA from Regent University and his PHD (ABD) from Capella University. He enjoyed singing in the choir, soul winning, preaching on the wonder bus and Camp Jerri especially the camp skits with Mike Boster and Greg Irby. He was also a Youth Pastor and Deacon at local churches.He worked for Tri-State Bible College as Academic Dean and Adjunct faculty. He laid the foundation for the online program that they are still expanding on today. He also worked for Liberty University, Columbia Southern University and University of the Rockies, as an online course designer.He leaves behind his love of his life of almost 38 years (July 20, 1985) Janice Marie Law; two daughters, one son, and two sons-in-law, Megan and Tyler Kunze, Gabrielle and John Brown, and Elijah Law; four precious grandkids that he adored; Jenna, Lyzzie, Logan and Charlotte. Jan's family was his family, and they are mourning his loss. His sisters and brother-in-law, DruAnn and Kevin Kearins, and Terri Cooper. His nieces and nephew, Deetria Jones, Kayla Niece, Kellie Love, Matt Keairns, Breana Cyrus; and many other family and friends.He was blessed to have a once in a lifetime best friend, Mike Boster and Mrs. Maynard that "Kenny was her boy."Words cannot describe how we miss you. We are praying that today would be the day of the rapture and we will be with you for eternity. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com. Beulah Baptist Church in Proctorville, Ohio will host lunch after the burial service on Friday, everyone attending the service is welcomed.
