Kenneth J Mason's Obituary
Kenneth Jay Mason, 58, of Huntington WV passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Cabell Huntington Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born on April 5, 1965 to the late Clifford G. and Anna Mae Kruck Mason. Kenny lived life in his own way. He attended Middletown High School Middletown, MD. He was a general contractor and mentored many. He was of protestant faith and shared the Good News whenever and where ever he could. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and a good hike when he could. He never met an animal he did not love, even a skunk named Stinky. He is survived by his brother, James Mason, Sr, brother-in-law Kenneth Main, Sr and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, step parents Patricia Mason, Martin Van Westenberg and Malcolm Lawrence, a sister Kathleen "Kathy" Main and brother Daniel "Danny" Mason. At his request, he did not want a funeral service but instead to be remembered as he was. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
