Sharing all the love she had with everyone she met. Through this foundation of God Love, she ended up with a host of brothers and sisters as her parents open up their home to rearing many children. LaQuitta shared all that she had with her family and would sacrifice anything for them. Her nephews and nieces were always around laughing and enjoying her company.
Quitta’s ultimate passion was for God, His word and the Salvation of humanity. She was baptized at the age of 6 and received the Holy Ghost at a early age under the leadership of the Late Reverend Samual Graves, of the Original Glorious COGIC. With her father and brother, they became members of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church under Reverend Reginald Hill where she was on the dance team. Later her membership moved to Glorious COGIC 1665 under the Pastoral Leadership of the late Pastor Martha (MA)M. Johnson, she was also a member of Power of Praise Church with Pastor’s Jim and Robin Lapsley. Quitta joined her mother at Real Life Christian Center Church with Pastor’s Charles D. LaQuitta truly had a servant’s heart using her gifts everywhere she went. Her ministry gifts include Liturgical Dance, Preaching and Teaching, Administration as well with her amazing voice as she sang in many choirs including the Huntington Youth Choir. While using her gifts, talents and passions, her heart was always in a posture of prayer. Day or night she was available for everyone she met or called.
