Larry Eugene Stapleton's Obituary
Larry Eugene Stapleton, 81, of Ashland, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at home. He was born July 2, 1943, in Kentucky to the late Hayden and Imogene Gillette Stapleton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of over 50 years, Carol; and several siblings. Larry is survived by his daughter, Yvonne Miller and her best friend, Brandy Jackson; two grandsons, Jeff and Brandon Miller; one sister, Mattie Stapleton of Chesapeake, Ohio; sister-in-law, Polly (Dave) Stapleton, who was a huge help to the family; brother-in-law, Cliff Martin (Jackie Schmidt); and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date by the family. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
